Help please?

So, I downloaded this app, and I absolutely loved it! But, Ive been having a small issue and I would like to know if it can be fixed. When I go into the files section, I dont have the save or open selections. I would like to save my drawings, and go back to them later on, but I dont have the ability to do so because I dont have those two options. Is it because I dont have the full version? Or is it like this for everyone? Thank you.
